on contact. This product is called HTP.
HTP is 100% organic and is a naturally
oleophilic (oil attracting).
HTP absorbs hydrocarbons
on contact from the surface of land, water, metal, cement, and various
other surfaces. HTP is capable of
absorbing over ten times its own weight in oil based products. It is
especially beneficial in swampy areas where it is difficult for man
and machinery to clean a spill in a convenient manner. When applied
to oily cement, metal, or other hard surfaces, not only does HTP,
absorb the hydrocarbon, it actually improves traction, reducing the
potential for injury due to slipping. |
